Usage Totals

Contact your Customer Success Manager and ask for a subscription to view this report in your portal.

The Usage Totals report provides a summary of most of the activity that occurs in your Portal within a specified time frame.

The report shows the following information:

  • Account - the name of the portal.
  • Total Admins - the total number of admin+ accounts in a portal.
  • Folders - the total number of folders within a portal.
  • Documents - the total number of documents within folders in a portal.
  • Signed Docs - the total number of documents fully signed within a portal.
  • Partially Signed Docs - the total number of documents partially signed within a portal.
  • Reference Docs - the total number of reference documents within a portal.
  • Stream Comments - the total number of stream comments within the rooms in a portal.
  • Payments Sent - the total number of payment requests sent within a portal.
  • Payments Received - the total number of received payments within a portal.
  • Amount Requested - the total dollar amount requested from the payment requests within a portal.
  • Amount Received - the total dollar amount received from the payment requests within a portal.
  • Virtual Cards - the total number of eConfirmations records processed within a portal.

You can export this report into the following formats by clicking , and then selecting from the following export options:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • PDF
  • TIFF
  • MHTML
  • CSV
  • XML file with report data
  • Data Feed

You can also click to refresh the report results.

You can also use the blue arrows to navigate through various pages of the report, or enter in search terms next to the pagination arrows. Click Find or Next to scroll through the report based on your search criteria.

You can also use the additional search fields on the report to filter your data. If enter in any search terms or cut off dates or times, you must click View Report to update your results.
